CLI | Filters Enhancements: filter using .gitignore file
Added --use-gitignore flag to filter files and directories based on entries in the .gitignore file.
Flag Name: --use-gitignore
Help Text: Exclude files and directories from the scan based on the patterns defined in the directory's .gitignore file
